Sign Up to the Free Online Physical Activity Clinical Champion Training (PACC) on the prevention and management of long term conditions, focusing on how to talk to get patients active.
The PACC session on 7 March 1300-1415 will be delivered by Dr Jessica Harris, Physical Activity Clinical Champion and GP.
PACC is an initiative that offers free clinician to clinician training to professionals working in healthcare. This supports you to improve patients care and outcomes.
