My role is to overlook smooth running of both sites Slades and Redlands. Liaising with local authorities and sports clubs. Supporting and developing the use of the park facilities as well as working closely with other Active Dorset staff and volunteers

As a Pavilion and Park Supervisor, my primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the Park and Pavilion. I assist clients with bookings, work closely with volunteers and Active Dorset Staff, and ensure that everything runs smoothly

As the Cafe Supervisor at Redlands, my primary responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the new cafe area.

As the soft play Supervisor at Redlands, my primary responsibility is to oversee the management of soft play, including birthday parties.

I facilitate a variety of outdoor sports as a groundsman at our Redlands site, through maintaining our grass pitches, artificial surfaces and the site as a whole.

My role at Redlands is to prepare and maintain the grass and artificial sports surfaces, this is mainly football pitches, 3G and cricket square. Also, to keep the whole site looking tidy and presentable for other users of the facility.
